TERMS AT A GLANCE

The main points.

The complete terms below apply. This summary simply makes the central provisions easier to understand.

01

Check the seller

Your checkout page identifies the retailer taking payment and forming the sale contract.

02

Use products personally

Purchases normally provide a limited personal-use licence, not ownership of our intellectual property.

03

Respect digital access

Do not share, resell, upload or redistribute purchased downloads or access links.

04

No guaranteed outcomes

Educational resources support action but cannot guarantee financial, career or business results.

ABOUT THESE TERMS

Who we are and when these terms apply.

“STRAVENIQ”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the UK-based STRAVENIQ business operating straveniq.co.uk. “You” means a visitor, customer, learner or other user.

By using this website, submitting a form, accessing a free resource or purchasing a STRAVENIQ product, you agree to the provisions that apply to that activity. If you do not agree, do not continue with the relevant use or purchase.

02BOOKS & PHYSICAL GOODS

Retailer fulfilment

Paperbacks and physical goods may be printed, dispatched and delivered by Amazon or another retailer under that retailer's fulfilment terms.

Programme-specific terms

Confirmed dates, fees, duration, eligibility, delivery and cancellation information will be supplied before enrolment and may include additional programme terms.

ORDERS & EXTERNAL RETAILERS

The checkout page tells you who the seller is.

STRAVENIQ pages may link to Selar, Amazon, Payhip, Etsy, Gumroad, Kobo, Apple Books, Google Play Books, Udemy or another approved platform. When an external retailer takes your order, its checkout terms, privacy notice, payment process, final price, currency conversion, taxes, account requirements, delivery and marketplace policies also apply.

The amount and product description displayed at the final retailer checkout are authoritative for that transaction. Review them before paying.

Review format, inclusions, compatibility and seller.

2Checkout

The identified retailer processes payment and confirms the contract.

3Receive

Access arrives by download page, email, account, library or delivery service.

4Get support

Use the retailer for checkout matters and STRAVENIQ for appropriate product guidance.

PRICES, PAYMENT & AVAILABILITY

Offers can change, but confirmed orders remain governed by their checkout record.

Prices

Website prices may be estimates, launch offers or displayed in a selected currency. The retailer confirms the final amount, tax, currency and available payment methods.

Offers

Discounts, bundles and introductory prices may have eligibility, expiry or availability limits and may be withdrawn before an order is accepted.

Errors

We may correct genuine listing or technical errors. If an accepted order is materially affected, the responsible seller will provide the remedies required by law.

Availability

Products, formats, features and retailer listings may be added, changed or discontinued. This does not remove rights relating to an existing purchase.

DIGITAL DELIVERY & CANCELLATION

Immediate access affects the usual cancellation position.

Digital products may be supplied immediately after payment through a download page, email or retailer account. Before immediate supply begins, the checkout provider may ask you to expressly consent to supply during the usual cancellation period and acknowledge that your cancellation right may be lost once supply begins, where the law permits.

This does not remove legal remedies where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with the quality required by applicable law.

LICENCE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Your purchase gives you permission to use the product—not ownership of the underlying rights.

Permitted personal use

Unless a product page expressly grants broader rights, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased materials for your own personal or internal professional development.

  • Download and retain a reasonable backup
  • Use worksheets and templates for your own work or learning
  • Print a reasonable number of copies for your own use

Not permitted

You may not, without written permission:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, upload or distribute files or access links
  • Remove ownership notices or claim authorship
  • Repackage materials as your own product, training or client deliverable
  • Use content to train a commercial AI model or build a competing dataset
  • Give multi-user, classroom or organisational access from a single-user purchase

Separate team, classroom, commercial-use or extended licences apply only where expressly stated in writing.

EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION

Resources support judgement; they do not replace qualified advice.

Money resources and assessments provide general education and organisation tools. They are not personalised financial, investment, tax, pension, debt or legal advice and are not credit scores. AI, project-management and career resources provide educational frameworks and templates, not technical certification, employer approval or professional assurance.

For decisions with significant financial, legal, health, employment or organisational consequences, obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances.

No guaranteed outcome

Results depend on factors beyond our control, including your circumstances, decisions, effort, market conditions, employer requirements and third-party systems.

× No guaranteed income, savings or investment return
× No guaranteed job, promotion or examination result
× No implied accreditation or professional endorsement
× Simulated exercises are not paid client experience
ACADEMY & LIVE SERVICES

Confirmed programme information governs enrolment.

A Register Interest form does not guarantee a place or create an enrolment contract. Before accepting payment for a course, workshop, cohort, mentoring arrangement or service, we will provide or identify the applicable description, price, dates, delivery method, access period, participant requirements and cancellation arrangements.

Participation

You are responsible for attendance, suitable technology, respectful conduct and completing any stated requirements.

Changes

Reasonable timetable, facilitator or delivery changes may be made. Material changes will be handled fairly and consistently with legal rights.

Recordings

Recording, redistribution or publication of sessions is prohibited unless expressly permitted. We will provide notice where STRAVENIQ intends to record.

Recognition

Completion evidence describes the programme completed; it does not imply external accreditation unless expressly and verifiably stated.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Links do not make us responsible for another service.

The website may link to retailers, social networks, software, videos or other third-party services. Their availability, security, content and policies are controlled by them. Review their terms before using them. We are responsible only to the extent imposed by law or expressly accepted by us.

USER CONTENT

You must have permission to send what you provide.

When you submit feedback, reviews, files or messages, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and that the material is lawful. You allow us to use it to respond, provide the service and administer the relationship. Public promotional use requires an appropriate permission.

RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY

These terms do not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of rights relating to title, faulty or misdescribed products, or any other liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed, losses caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, or business losses suffered by a consumer using a product wholly or mainly for personal purposes. If you use products for business purposes, additional limitations may apply only to the extent permitted by law.

We do not promise uninterrupted website availability. We will take reasonable care but cannot guarantee that every page, file or third-party link will always be free from error, delay or interruption.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Your mandatory legal protections continue to apply.

If you are a consumer, products must meet applicable legal standards. Depending on the product and circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, repeat performance, price reduction or refund. The Refund Policy explains the practical request route but does not replace statutory rights.

GOVERNING LAW

Scottish law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

These terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of Scotland. The Scottish courts have jurisdiction, but a consumer may retain the right to rely on mandatory laws or bring proceedings in another part of the United Kingdom or another country where applicable law permits.

GENERAL TERMS

The remaining provisions continue independently.

If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be adjusted or removed only to the necessary extent and the remainder continues. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. No third party may enforce these terms unless the law or an express written term provides otherwise.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Updates apply prospectively.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, products, technology or business practice. The effective date identifies the latest version. A change will not retrospectively remove rights already attached to an accepted order.
